Launch of Four New Signature Dishes

HONOLULU, HI — Búho Cocina y Cantina, Waikiki’s premier rooftop Mexican dining destination, is thrilled to announce the rollout of four delicious additions to its culinary lineup.

Designed to celebrate vibrant Mexican flavors with a fresh, modern twist, the new menu items are now available for dinner and rooftop dining.

The brand-new offerings include:

• Chicken Empanada: Golden, flaky pastry dough filled with tender, savory-seasoned chicken and served with flavorful house dips.
• Mexican Pizza: A crispy, multi-layered rooftop remix loaded with vibrant toppings, melted cheese, and fresh Mexican spices.
• Poblano Queso Dip: A rich, velvety blend of melted cheeses infused with roasted poblano peppers for a mild, smoky kick—crafted specifically for table sharing.
• Fish Tacos: Freshly prepared fish paired with crisp slaw and bright citrus notes, served on warm tortillas for an authentic island vibe.

Located atop the Waikiki Shopping Plaza, Búho Cocina y Cantina is renowned for blending sweeping open-air views with energetic hospitality and handcrafted agave cocktails. The new dishes were created to complement the restaurant’s extensive margarita menu and weekly rooftop entertainment events.
